The Sorrel De-Seeder
This machine gives sorrel farmers an 86% reduction in costs. The atomized de-seeder design cuts two sorrel buds per second and strips 100 of the calyx in one piece, separating it from the seed pod. The machine is durable enough to process large amounts of sorrel and has a 10 fold throughput compared to the hand method. Powered by 110v electricity, a key design feature is the low energy use.
